Fab4training is a Liverpool-based motivational training and teambuilding company, founded by trainer, life coach and passionate Beatles fan, John MacCarfrae in 1999. 

Using a learning principle called 'Edu-TrainMent', John offers themed educational and training packages in the areas of personal and team development, focusing on teambuilding, leadership and career development.Using the themed approach, specific seminars and learning packages can be developed to deliver a wide range of subjects that can offer a blended learning solution.

Each theme is intended to capture the imagination of the learner and spark real interest based on their understanding of the theme through the use of famous-named role models who have excelled within their particular field.

The popularity of The Beatles continues to hit new heights across the world in 2007 following the release of the 'Love' album and The Royal Mail issuing a special set of six stamps in the UK, featuring album covers from the Beatles. Furthermore, Liverpool celebrates its status as European Capital of Culture in 2008 and in October 2007, the world's first Beatles-themed hotel opens in Liverpool.

However, it was back in 1999, when John had a personal vision and saw the potential to launch a new type of training called ' Edu-trainment'.  At that time, he needed a number of different learning metaphors that he could easily use to motivate and excite his audiences.  His first themed seminar used a metaphor that he believed had universal appeal in the future and came from a local source - The Beatles.  

For two years, he meticulously researched their career, their songs, their lifestyles and the sheer magnetism of their personalities and intergrated this research into traditional learning methodology in the areas of team and personal development.  By 2001, John had developed a unique educational product offer that used the Fab Four as a learning metaphor to train corporate workteams in the areas of personal and team development.  It had an immediate positive impact receiving a lot of interest from the media, both across the UK and  the USA.

Since its introduction into the world of  corporate learning and development,  corporate clients and SME's from across the UK use the product offer as an exciting and unique way of motivating and engaging their employees and ultimately improving bottom-line profit.
